We will pre­pare a fea­si­bil­i­ty analy­sis for a plot of land or neigh­bour­hood to show you the de­vel­op­ment po­ten­tial of your plots.

Real es­tate and land own­ers (e.g. fam­i­ly as­sets, mu­nic­i­pal­i­ties or in­vest­ment com­pa­nies) of­ten own large ar­eas of land or quar­ters con­sist­ing of un­de­vel­oped land and/or land with old build­ings. These are of­ten not ex­am­ined or new­ly de­vel­oped due to oth­er core com­pe­ten­cies of the own­ers among oth­er rea­sons.

At this point, we pre­pare a fea­si­bil­i­ty analy­sis for the in­tend­ed prop­er­ty area/ quar­ter.

If the analy­sis phase of a real es­tate project shows that the lo­ca­tion is suit­able for the re­al­iza­tion of the in­tend­ed ob­ject, the right project con­cept must be de­vel­oped for the giv­en lo­ca­tion.

We pro­vide you with com­pre­hen­sive sup­port for

  • the se­lec­tion and de­vel­op­ment of the right project con­cept,
  • the shap­ing of the eco­nom­ic frame­work con­di­tions and
  • the se­lec­tion of the right project part­ners.

One of the most im­por­tant fac­tors in­flu­enc­ing the prof­itabil­i­ty of real es­tate projects is the fi­nanc­ing struc­ture. In many cas­es, an ef­fi­cient fi­nanc­ing struc­ture can achieve con­sid­er­able eco­nom­ic op­ti­miza­tions for the project and thus for the in­vestor. Here it is par­tic­u­lar­ly im­por­tant that the most suit­able fi­nanc­ing pro­grammes (e.g. KfW fi­nanc­ing) are used for the re­spec­tive project and that the de­ci­sive pa­ra­me­ters of the fi­nanc­ing are adapt­ed to the in­di­vid­ual needs of the in­vestor.
